摘要
本文报道合成Pyrrolizidinone和Pyrrolizidine环系的新方法,即通过酰亚胺正离子14成环,然后经碳正离子15重排而成Pyrrolizidinone环系.采用这种方法,合成了六个新的Pyrrolizidinone及Pyrrolizidine生物碱类似物(1—6).
This paper reports a new method for the synthesis of 2-benzyl substituted pyrrolizidine and pyrrolizidinone ring systems,which involves the use of a vinylogous N-acyl-iminium ion 14 as an initiator for the intramolecular olefin cyclization and subsequent rearrangement.The syntheses of six unnatural new pyrrolizidine and pyrrolizidinone alkaloids 1,2,3,4,5,and 6 serve as examples.
