摘要
对比了碳纳米管和几种聚合物导电填料在制备持久抗静电聚氨酯弹性体时的添加效果,探讨了碳纳米管种类和长径比对抗静电聚氨酯弹性体导电性和力学性能的影响,系统比较了碳纳米管添加量和添加顺序的影响。当小长径比的单壁碳纳米管w(CNT)为1.0%时,制得的抗静电聚氨酯弹性体综合性能优异。
The effects of adding carbon nanotubes and several polymeric conductive fillers in the preparation of durable antistatic polyurethane elastomer were compared.The influence of the type and aspect ratio of carbon nanotubes on the electrical conductivity and mechanical performance of antistatic polyurethane elastomer was discussed,and the influence of carbon nanotubes addition amount and addition sequence was systematically compared.When the w(CNT)of single-walled carbon nanotubes with small aspect ratio is 1.0%,the comprehensive performance of the prepared antistatic polyurethane elastomer is excellent.
