异丁醇或叔丁醇与一氧化碳非均相反应合成特戊酸

摘要 特戊酸(即三甲基乙酸)在医药、农药、染料中间体、涂料和润滑剂等诸多领域都有广泛的应用,拥有大规模的市场需求。以叔丁醇或异丁醇为原料,经浓硫酸催化异裂生成碳正离子,然后与一氧化碳发生羰基化反应,得到特戊酰正离子,再加入冰水水解获得特戊酸。总体反应条件温和,对设备要求不苛刻,适合工业化,特戊酸收率为75.54%。 Pivalic acid,or trimethylacetic acid,is widely used in medicine,pesticide,dye intermediates,coatings,lubricants and other fields,and has a large market demand.In this paper,tertiary butanol or isobutanol is used as raw materials to produce carbonium ion by catalytic cracking with concentrated sulfuric acid,and then carbonylated with carbon monoxide to obtain pivaloyl positive ions.Pivalic acid was obtained by adding ice water to hydrolyze the pivaloyl positive ions.The overall reaction conditions are mild,the equipment requirements are not harsh,suitable for industrialization,optimized product yield can reach 75.54%.
