摘要
蒽醌加氢制备H_(2)O_(2)是一个具有重大工业价值的反应。采用分步浸渍法制备了一系列不同AlCl_(3)含量的Pd/xAl-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂。基于N_(2)吸附脱附、XRD、TEM、NH_(3)-TPD和XPS对催化剂进行表征分析。AlCl_(3)质量分数为1%的Pd/1.0Al-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂对蒽醌加氢反应具有较高的加氢效率(8.3 g·L^(-1))和选择性(99.5%),明显优于对照Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂(5.2 g·L^(-1),97.2%)。表征结果表明AlCl_(3)改性的催化剂具有丰富的表面弱酸,为蒽醌分子提供了较多的吸附位点。同时,AlCl_(3)的引入可以改善催化剂的分散度,增加了金属颗粒与载体的相互作用,从而抑制了金属颗粒团聚和流失。
Hydrogenation of anthraquinone to produce H_(2)O_(2)is a great important industrial reaction.Here,a series of Pd/xAl-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts with different AlCl_(3)contents were prepared by step impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized and analyzed based on XRD,TEM,NH_(3)-TPD,XPS and N_(2)adsorption and desorption.The Pd/1.0Al-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst with 1%AlCl_(3)content exhibits excellent hydrogenation efficiency of 8.3 g·L^(-1)and selectivity of 99.5%toward anthraquinone hydrogenation,obviously superior to Pd/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst(5.2 g·L^(-1)and 97.2%).The characterization results show that the catalysts modified by AlCl_(3)have abundant surface weak acids,which provide more adsorption sites for anthraquinone molecules.At the same time,the introduction of AlCl_(3)could improve the dispersion of metal and increase the interaction between the metal particles and the support,which inhibits the agglomeration and loss of metal particles.
