阻垢型静态混合器现场应用情况分析及效果评价

摘要 本文对阻垢型静态混合器的混合均匀度、粘损、结垢情况、压降以及清理周期进行测定,并与常规式静态混合器进行对比。试验结果表明,阻垢型静态混合器能够降低混合不均匀度,粘损较低,均低于5%,并且能够很好的降低压差,使运行过程中的压差小于1MPa;同时,能够改善结垢情况,与原静态混合器相比,清洗周期延长1.6倍。因此,阻垢型静态混合器具有更好的现场应用效果。 In this paper,the mixing uniformity,viscosity loss,scaling,pressure drop and cleaning cycle of scale inhibition static mixer were measured.The results showed that,compared with the conventional static mixer,the mixing unevenness and viscosity loss of scale inhibition static mixer were low(<5%),and the pressure drop was less than 1 MPa during operation.At the same time,the scale inhibition static mixer could improve the scaling condition,which the cleaning cycle was 1.6 times longer than that of the original static mixer.Therefore,the scale inhibition static mixer possesses better application effect.
