摘要
以普通表面活性剂为对比项,用4种不同类型氟表面活性剂(阳离子型、阴离子型、两性型、非离子型)为试验项,根据与原油间的乳化粒径与分布、乳化速率、乳化稳定性以及乳化降黏效果,探讨和分析了氟表面活性剂的高温乳化性能。结果表明:通过乳化粒径、乳化速率、乳化稳定系数、降黏率等4项指标的对比分析,证明氟表面活性剂的乳化性能更好。
The high temperature emulsifying properties of fluorine surfactants were discussed and analyzed according to the emulsifying particle size and distribution,emulsifying rate,emulsifying stability and emulsifying viscosity reducing effect of common surfactants and four different types of fluorine surfactants(cationic,anionic,amphoteric and non-ionic)as test items.The results showed that the emulsifying performance of fluorine surfactant is better by comparing and analyzing the four indexes of emulsifying particle size,emulsifying rate,emulsifying stabili-ty coefficient and viscosity reducing rate.
