摘要
本文介绍了聚乳酸的两种合成方法(直接聚合法、开环化聚合法)的优缺点,综述了PLA载药微球的5种制备方法并进行了比较分析,展望了PLA载药微球在生物医药领域的应用前景。
In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of two synthesis methods of PLA(direct polymerization and ring opening polymerization)are introduced.Five preparation methods of PLA microspheres are reviewed and compared.The application prospect of PLA microspheres in biomedical field is prospected.
