磁性可分离助磨剂制备及在机械化学法降解甲基橙中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文制备了两种磁性助磨剂Fe3O4@SiO2、Fe3O4,考察了对甲基橙的降解性能,并和常用助磨剂CaO进行对比。结果表明,两种磁性助磨剂对单纯甲基橙降解率分别可达95.15%(Fe3O4)、81.8%(Fe3O4@SiO2),均优于CaO助磨剂的降解率45.87%。在降解土壤中的甲基橙时,助磨剂Fe3O4@SiO2、Fe3O4降解率均达80%。两种磁性助磨剂在外加磁场作用下得到分离并可重复利用,回收后仍有良好的降解效果。 In this paper,two magnetic milling additives Fe3O4@SiO2 and Fe3O4 were prepared.The degradation performance of methyl orange was investigated and compared with CaO,a common milling reagents.The results showed that the degradation rates of the two magnetic milling additives of methyl orange were 95.15%(Fe3O4)and81.8%(Fe3O4@SiO2),respectively,which were superior to the degradation rates of CaO milling reagents of 45.87%.When the methyl orange in soil was degraded,the degradation rates of Fe3O4@SiO2 and Fe3O4 were up to 80%.The two magnetic milling additives can be separated and reused under the action of external magnetic field,and still have good degradation effect after recovery.
