基于FMEA的反应釜故障诊断研究

摘要 为了解决反应釜诊断的实际问题,采用系统工程思想分析了反应釜设备的结构特点和运行系统工作原理,并采用FMEA分析方法对中化石油安徽六安有限公司六安油库烷基化装置中的1#反应釜进行了故障诊断应用研究。结果表明,反应釜电动机线圈短路故障严重度等级最高为Ⅳ级;电动机不转、传动轴不转和传动轴打滑的故障严重度等级为Ⅲ级;搅拌器不转、搅拌轴不转和搅拌轴转速过慢的故障严重度等级为Ⅱ。研究成果可为反应釜故障诊断提供参考。 In order to solve the practical problems in the diagnosis of the reactor, the structural characteristics of the reactor equipment and the working principle of the operating system were analyzed using system engineering ideas, and the FMEA analysis method was used to analyze the The 1 # reactor was used for fault diagnosis and application research. The results show that the severity level of the short circuit fault of the motor coil of the reaction kettle is the highest level;the fault severity level of the non-rotating motor, the non-rotating transmission shaft and the slipping of the driving shaft is Ⅲ;A too slow fault severity level is Ⅱ. The research results can provide a reference for the reactor fault diagnosis.
