体膨颗粒封堵性能的影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对裂缝油藏,人们采取了各种各样的堵水方法控水稳油,体膨颗粒因对多孔介质产生良好的封堵作用,并具有良好的选择进入性,有利于改善层间和层内矛盾,提高原油采收率,被国内油田广为使用。NS-3体膨颗粒作为一种具有抗强剪切性、耐湿、抗盐等驱油性能的新型生物体膨颗粒,现已在我国西部油田的裂缝油藏进行矿场应用,为确定影响体膨颗粒封堵性能的因素,本文分别从膨胀度、浓度和粒缝比3个方面进行实验研究,结果表明当裂缝宽度为1mm时,体膨颗粒的膨胀度越大,浓度越高,粒缝比越大,其对裂缝的封堵性能越强。 For fractured reservoirs,a variety of water shutoff methods have been adopted to control water and stabilize oil.Expanded particles are widely used in domestic oilfields because of their good plugging effect on porous media and good selective entry,which is conducive to improving inter-layer and intra-layer contradictions and enhancing oil recovery.NS-3 bulk swelling particles,as the new type of biological swelling particles with strong shear resistance,moisture resistance and salt resistance,have been applied in fractured reservoirs in Western oilfields of China.In order to determine the factors affecting the plugging performance of bulk swelling particles,this paper carries out experimental research from three aspects:expansion,concentration and particle-to-fracture ratio.The results show that when the crack width is 1 mm,the bigger the swelling degree and concentration of bulky particles are,the bigger the grain-to-crack ratio is,and the stronger the sealing performance of bulky particles is.
