气相色谱法检测工业废水中正磷酸盐的含量 被引量:2

摘要 为准确检测工业废水排放量,提出基于气相色谱法的工业废水中正磷酸盐含量检测方法。将工业废水、钼酸盐、石酸氧锑钾溶液等试剂混合反应生成磷钼杂多酸;磷钼杂多酸与抗坏血酸溶液试剂混合后产生蓝色络合物,将该络合物利用气相色谱仪进行色谱分析,并计算正磷酸盐含量。实验结果表明,正磷酸盐质量浓度在0.5~50mg·L-1之间,同峰面积的相关系数均高于0.999,检出限为0.002mg·L-1,重复性实验的平均回收率和相对误差分别为99.18%和3.68%,表明该方法可有效检测工业废水中正磷酸盐含量,且准确率和精密度较高。 In order to detect the discharge quality of industrial wastewater accurately,a method based on gas chromatography was proposed to detect the content of orthophosphate in industrial wastewater.Mixing industrial wastewater,molybdate,potassium oxysulfate solution,etc.to form phosphorus molybdenum heteropoly acid,a blue complex was produced after the mixture of phosphomolybdate heteropoly acid and ascorbic acid solution reagent.The blue complex was analyzed under the set gas chromatography conditions by using gas chromatograph to calculate orthophosphate content.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficient of the same peak area of orthophosphate concentration between 0.5 and 50 mg·L-1 is higher than 0.999;the detection limit is 0.002 mg·L-1,the proposed method can effectively detect the content of orthophosphate in industrial wastewater,and;the average recovery and relative error of the repeatability experiment are 99.18%and 3.68%,it shows that the method can effectively detect the content of orthophosphate in industrial wastewater with high accuracy and precision.
