丁苯橡胶门尼黏度标准物质的复制与应用

摘要 GBW(E)130398门尼黏度标准物质,2012年6月经原国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准,在合成橡胶行业进行推广应用。在校准门尼黏度计、控制产品质量、考核人员、监督检验、交易与贸易、质量仲裁等方面发挥了重要的作用。根据标准物质复制计划和合成橡胶行业的需求,国家合成橡胶质量监督检验中心2013年、2015年、2018年进行了3次复制。复制的GBW(E)130398c门尼黏度国家标准物质经过选择候选物、均匀性与稳定性的检验与判定、标准物质的定值和评定其不确定度、申报和评审标准物质等多项工作,GBW(E)130398c得到国家市场监督管理总局的批准。复制的GBW(E)130398c国家标准物质其定值结果在0.01的显著水平下,定值结果在ML(1+4)100℃条件下处于正态分布、无可疑值、等精度,标准值为(46.2±0.5)。 GBW(E)130398 Mooney viscosity standard material was widely used in the synthetic rubber industry,after it was approved by the former general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine in June 2012.It had played an important role in calibrating the Mooney viscometer,controlling product quality,assessing personnel,supervising inspection,trading and trade,and quality arbitration etc.National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of Synthetic Rubber had made three replication in 2013,2015 and 2018,according to the standard substance replication program and the requirements of the synthetic rubber industry.GBW(E)130398 c had been approved by the state administration of market supervision and administration after a lot of work,such as the selection of candidates,the inspection and determination of uniformity and stability,the fixed value of standard substances and evaluation of uncertainty,and the declaration and review of standard substances.The fixed values were in normal distribution,no suspicious,and in equal precision at 0.01 significant level,the nominal values was 46.2±0.5 at ML(1+4)100℃.
