摘要
在老旧小区改造项目中,通常需要翔实地形图、立面图等基础数据。针对传统作业方法投入人力大、作业时间长、工作效率低等问题,论文以江西省南昌市某老旧小区改造测量项目为例,介绍了三维激光扫描技术在旧改测量项目中的作业流程、数据处理及技术要点等,并利用全站仪结合钢尺丈量等传统测量方法对本次测量成果进行了精度验证,结果表明各项精度指标满足相关规范要求。
In old community reconstruction projects,the detailed topographic map,elevation map and other basic data are usually needed.In order to solve the problems of large manpower input,long working time and low working efficiency in traditional working methods,this paper takes a reconstruction survey project in an old residential area of Nanchang,Jiangxi province as an example,and introduces the operation flow,data processing and technical points of 3D laser scanning technology.The accuracy of the results is verified with the total station instrument combined with the traditional measuring methods such as steelruler.
