This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of surveying and mapping technology and the judicial identification of surveying and mapping.Through the analysis of successful cases,corresponding solutions are put forward to solve the difficult problems in practical judicial surveying and mapping.Finally,the importance of the popularization and application ofsurveying and mapping technology in judicialidentification is discussed.
