农村房地一体确权应用测绘新技术探讨

农村房地一体确权关乎每个农户的切身利益,是我国2020年关于农村产权工作的重点。根据自然资源部的有关要求,到2020年年底前要完成农村不动产权籍调查,农户宅基地和集体建设用地登记颁证要达到90%以上。在这一要求下,农村房地一体确权问题成为农民、专家等关注的热点问题。结合农村房地一体确权工作,对测绘技术在农村房地一体确权中的应用进行探讨。

The rural real estate right confirmation is closely related to every peasant family,and is the key point of rural property right work in 2020.According to relevant requirements of the Ministry of Natural Resources,the rural real estate ownership survey should be completed before the end of 2020,and the registration and certification of rural homestead and collective construction land should reach over 90%.Therefore,the issue of rural real estate ownership has become a hot issue of farmers,experts and other groups.This paper will research and discuss the application of surveying and mapping technology in rural real estate integrated right confirmation.
