大型水利枢纽工程监测基准网的精度探讨

摘要 水利枢纽工程按照等级划分,分为大型、中型以及小型水利枢纽,其中大型水利枢纽一般建设在重要河道或者山谷峡口、低洼等地区,这些地区地质情况一般较复杂。为了确保大型水利枢纽工程运行的稳定性,构建工程监测基准网非常重要,一方面要确定平面监测网等级以及精度,并制定平面监测网设计方案,另一方面根据实际观测情况,对平面监测网的精度进行评定,从而有效查验大型水利枢纽的形变情况,为保障大型水利枢纽安全运营奠定基础。 Water control projects are divided into large,medium and small water control projects according to their grades.Among them,large water control projects are generally built in important river channels,valleys,low-lying areas and so on where the geological condition is generally more complex.In order to ensure the stability of operation of large-scale hydraulic project,it is very important to construct the project monitoring reference network.On the one hand,it is necessary to determine the rank and accuracy of the horizontal monitoring network,and formulate a design plan of the horizontal monitoring network.On the other hand,according to the actual observation situation,the accuracy of the horizontal monitoring network is evaluated,so as to effectively check the deformation of the large-scale hydraulic project and lay the foundation for ensuring the safe operation of the large-scale hydraulic project.
