卫星导航增强服务性能指标及检测技术探讨

Discussion on Performance Indicators and Detection Technology for Enhanced Service of Satellite Navigation

针对交通运输卫星导航增强服务性能差、指标不完善、定位精度低等问题,对交通运输卫星导航增强服务性能进行探讨。针对卫星导航增强覆盖范围技术指标,提出一套基于BDS增强服务性能指标及监测方法。结果表明卫星导航增强性能指标与功能指标较好,动静态分级定位服务性能结果可达毫米级。

Considering the problems of poor performance of transportation satellite navigation enhanced service,imperfect indicators and low positioning accuracy,the performance of enhanced navigation satellite navigation service is discussed.Aiming at the technical indicators of satellite navigation enhanced coverage,a set of BDS enhanced service performance indicators and monitoring methods are proposed.The results show that the satellite navigation enhancement performance index and function index are better,and the dynamic and static hierarchical positioning service performance results can reach millimeter level.
