新疆C州深化民族团结进步创建工作的几点思考

Some Meditations on Deepening Ethnic Unity and Progress in C Autonomous Prefecture Xinjiang

习近平总书记指出新疆的问题最长远的还是民族团结问题,民族团结是各族人民的生命线。本文以C州深化民族团结进步创建工作为例,通过民族团结一家亲、民族团结联谊活动、打造相互嵌入式社会结构和社区环境、全面开展宣传工作、建立长效机制等举措,来分析C州民族团结进步创建工作取得的成效;同时,C州民族团结进步创建工作还存在一些不足,如干部专业化水平不高、奖励政策落实难等问题。进而提出引导和推动以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,深化民族团结进步创建工作的长效机制、不断完善民族团结进步创建工作。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the utmost long-term issue in Xinjiang is ethnic unity,which is the lifeline of all ethnic groups.This paper takes the mission of deepening ethnic unity and progress in C Prefecture as an example to analyze those gratifying achievements having been made in the mission of ethnic unity and progress in C Prefecture through launching activities and measures such as ethnic unity as one family,ethnic unity and friendship-building activities,creating inter-nested residential patterns and environment,carrying out publicity work in an all-round way,and establishing long-term mechanism.However,there are still some deficiencies in the creation of ethnic unity and progress in C Prefecture,such as insufficient professional capabilities of some cadres and inadequate rewarding policy implementation.Consequently,the paper proposes to conduct and promote the construction of ethnic unity and progress by strengthening the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the main line,deepening the long-term mechanism of the construction of ethnic unity and progress,and constantly perfecting the construction of ethnic unity and progress.
