新疆高职高专院校辅导员开展大学生思想政治教育质量测评体系研究

Research on the quality evaluation system of college students’ ideological and political education carried out by xinjiang vocational college counselors

思想政治教育工作是高校顺利开展各项教育教学工作的基础,特别是对新疆高职高专院校而言,是学校实现立德树人根本任务、培养爱国爱疆的新时代社会主义建设者和接班人的重要抓手。本文通过分析新疆高职高专院校辅导员开展思想政治教育工作面临的挑战和存在的问题,分析了构建质量测评体系的思路,并提出了可构建的符合新疆高职高专院校实际情况的质量测评体系。

The ideological and political education work is the basis for the smooth development of various education and teaching work in colleges and universities,especially for Xinjiang higher vocational colleges,it is an important hand for the school to realize the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people,and to cultivate the socialist builders and successors of the new era who love the motherland and Xinjiang.This paper analyzes the challenges and problems faced by counselors in Xinjiang higher vocational colleges in carrying out ideological and political education,analyzes the idea of building a quality evaluation system,and puts forward a quality evaluation system that can be built in line with the actual situation of Xinjiang higher vocational colleges.
