To perfect the construction of teachers team of southern xinjiang four ground state,enhance the level of putonghua training for primary and secondary school teachers of southern xinjiang four ground state,in this paper,the southern xinjiang four after the primary and secondary school teachers training present situation,the mandarin training needs for the investigation and analysis,and puts forward some strategies to enhance the level of putonghua training,aimed at the local putonghua training for primary and secondary school teachers to provide some reference.
