摘要
传统"冲压+拼焊"工艺存在质量稳定性差、合格率低、生产周期长等问题,成为薄壁铝合金、不锈钢管路广泛应用的制约因素。提出了充液压弯整体成型技术,搭建了工业化制造系统,利用外部压力驱动"乳化液体"可实现大曲率、径厚比大于100及非圆变曲率管材的一次整体成型,消除了传统制造冲压工艺中对模具的依赖,降低了生产成本;消除了焊缝,提升了弯管成型质量、生产效率和服役可靠性。
The traditional process of stamping and tailor-welding has many problems,such as poor quality stability,low pass rate and long production cycle,etc.,which is becoming the limiting factor for the wide application of thin-walled aluminum alloy and stainless steel pipeline.In this paper,an integral forming technology with hydraulic pressure filling was proposed,and an industrial manufacturing system was set up.The emulsified liquid driven by external pressure can be used to realize the integral forming of pipes with large curvature,diameter-thickness ratio greater than 100 and non-circular variable curvature,which eliminates the dependence on the die in the traditional manufacturing stamping process and reduces the production cost;the welding seam was eliminated,and the forming quality,production efficiency and service reliability of the elbow were improved.
