摘要
提出一种新的装配工艺技术,将激光跟踪仪及坐标系转换技术应用于双反射面天线装配同轴度、反射面相对距离等位姿分析中,利用SA软件曲线拟合功能获得各反射面坐标系原点、坐标系方向、反射面轴线等,根据坐标系转换原理计算获得偏转角、同轴度及相对距离信息,确定调整方向。梳理调整流程,为设计一种自动化调整装备提供理论基础。
A new assembly process technology is proposed,which applies the laser tracker and coordinate system conversion technology to the dual-reflector antenna assembly coaxiality and the relative distance of the reflector,etc.In the analysis,the SA software curve fitting function is used to obtain the origin of each reflecting surface coordinate system,the direction of the coordinate system,and the axis of the reflecting surface,etc..And the deflection angle,coaxiality and relative distance information are calculated according to the coordinate system conversion principle to determine the adjustment direction.Sorting out the adjustment process provides a theoretical basis for designing an automatic adjustment equipment.
