中国劳动生产率的区域差距及收敛性检验

Regional Gap and Convergence Test of Labor Productivity in China

中国的劳动生产率收敛呈现出显著的区域性和阶段性,不同区域范围内的劳动生产率收敛程度和收敛速度由于各自的资源禀赋差异而截然不同。全国总体和东、中、西部的劳动生产率都具有一定程度的发散趋势,但是最终都呈现出σ收敛趋势。在束紧经济条件的情况下,全国的劳动生产率以每年0.83%的速度显著收敛,东部是所有地区中劳动生产率收敛速度最快的地区,具有绝对β收敛现象;在放宽初始经济环境的条件下,全国、东部和中部地区的劳动生产率均在1%水平下显著收敛,西部地区在1991-2015年之间,不具有条件β收敛现象,分阶段的收敛性和收敛速度也完全低于其他地区。

The convergence of labor productivity in China shows regional and periodic convergence significantly.Because of the differences in resource endowments,the convergent degree and convergent rate of labor productivity in different regions are different.The labor productivity has a tendency of divergence to a certain extent in the whole country,and in the east,the middle and the west regions.However,there is a trend ofσconvergence in the end.Under the condition of tight economic constraints,the labor productivity in China has a significant convergence at the rate of 0.83%per year.The east is the fastest convergent region of labor productivity in all regions,and has the phenomenon of absoluteβconvergence.Under the condition of relaxing initial economic environment,the labor productivity has converged significantly at the level of 1%in the whole country,and in the east and the middle regions.While there is no conditionalβconvergence in the western region from 1991 to 2015.The convergence and the convergence rate are also lower than those in other regions.
