Adhering to and Promoting the Significant Advantages of Continuous Liberation and Social Productive Forces Development

自新中国成立以来,中国共产党在不断的摸索中,探索出了一条适合中国国情的发展道路,始终坚持和贯彻马克思主义"不断解放和发展社会生产力"的基本论断,从而才有了今天的瞩目成绩。在2019年召开的党的十九届四中全会,系统性地总结与概括了中国特色社会主义制度和国家治理体系的显著优势。认识中国经济制度需要从中国特色社会主义科学制度的总体框架中去深刻认识,这样才能更加全面地理解中国经济制度与经济治理能力。应对当今国内外各种复杂的挑战,中国更加应该巩固和发扬中国制度优势,发展社会生产力,在实践中不断完善国家制度和国家治理现代化。

Since the founding of new China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has explored a development path suitable for China’s national conditions through continuous exploration,and has always adhered to and implemented the Marxist basic judgment of"constantly liberating and developing social productive forces",thus achieving today’s remarkable achievements.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2019 systematically summarized the significant advantages of the Institution System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and the national governance system.Understanding China’s economic system requires a deep understanding of the overall framework of the Scientific Institution System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,so as to better understand China’s economic system and economic governance capacity.To cope with the complex challenges at home and abroad,China should consolidate and carry forward its institutional advantages,develop social productive forces,and constantly improve the modernization of the national governance and governance in practice.
