Global Economic Governance Dilemma and China’s Strategy of Participation

全球经济目前面临传统治理模式指导乏力、宏观经济政策协调不足、G20机制长效化困难等问题。国际经济格局的改变要求全球经济治理变革。作为全球经济治理改革的参与者与积极推动者,中国应以和平、发展、合作、共赢为目标,加快建设高水平开放型经济新体制,提高制度性话语权;推进金融开放和深化金融改革,接轨国际金融市场;加速"一带一路"建设,形成区域经济联动机制,推动平衡协调可持续发展;加强沟通协调,提高国际认可度和公信力。

Nowadays,global economic faces problems,such as the weak guidance of conventional governing model,insufficient coordination of macroeconomic policies and challenge of G20 long-term governance.The change of international economic pattern requires the reform of global economic governance.As a participant and facilitator,China will actively contribute in the reform of global economic governance with the goals of peace,development and win-win cooperation.China will accelerate to build a new high-level open economic system to raise the institutional voice,increase openness of financial sector and deepen the financial reform to be integrated into global financial market,form regional economic cooperation through"Belt and Road Initiative"to achieve balanced sustainable development,strengthen communication and coordination to enhance international recognition and credibility.
