The Characters of Scientific Institution System in the Basic Economic System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

党的十九届四中全会提出中国特色社会主义科学制度体系,体系涵盖了十三项制度内容,中国特色社会主义基本经济制度位列其中。本文首先分析了中国特色社会主义科学制度体系的科学特征,并以此为参照,从我国经济发展的历史视域、转型国家体制变迁的全球视域、科学经济制度的内在逻辑关联分析了社会主义基本经济制度的科学性。

The Forth Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of CPC puts forward the construction of The Scientific Institution System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,which includes thirteen institution contents covering socialism basic economic system.This article analyses the scientific character of the Scientific Institution System first of all.On the basis of this analysis,the article surveys the scientific significance of socialism basic economic system,from the perspective of history development,institution flux of international experience,and the logic relationship inside the scientific economic institutions.
