红色文化国际传播的策略与路径刍论——以黄河红色文化为中心

摘要 借助大众文化生产、传播与消费的理念和机制,实现主流文化和主导文化的国际传播,是中国红色文化国际传播的可行性路径之一。大众传播导向下的黄河红色文化国际传播,有助于弥补以往以外宣、新闻媒体为主的国际传播格局的不足,推进中国红色文化的国际表达与世界认同。黄河红色文化国际传播应坚持文化创意性、适应性、嵌入性、柔韧性与共意性原则,进行产业化、在地化、日常化、故事化、符号化传播。这一过程包括文化符号提炼、传播话语转换、传播内容生产、传播媒介拓展、传播效能达成等诸阶段。黄河红色文化的国际传播是向国际社会讲好中国故事和中国共产党故事的有益实践。 With the help of the concept and mechanism of mass culture production,dissemination and consumption,it is one of the feasible paths for the international dissemination of China's red culture to realize the international dissemination of mainstream culture and dominant culture.The international dissemination of the Yellow River's red culture under the guidance of mass communication will help make up for the shortcomings of the previous international communication pattern dominated by foreign propaganda and news media and promote the international expression and world identity of Chinese red culture.The international dissemination of the red culture of the Yellow River should adhere to the principles of cultural creativity,adaptability,deepening,flexibility and empathy and carry out industrialization,localization,daily use,story-based and symbolic communication.This process includes the refinement of cultural symbols,the transformation of communication discourse,the production of communication content,the expansion of communication media and the achievement of communication effectiveness.The international dissemination of the red culture of the Yellow River is a useful practice to tell well the story of China and the Communist Party of China to the international community.
