延安精神是中国共产党在延安时期进行民主革命和自身建设的真实写照和伟大创造,是我们党的宝贵精神财富,具有特殊的高维能量,能够为新时代廉洁文化建设提供精神动力和廉洁感召。建设新时代廉洁文化理应从延安精神中汲取精神给养,从延安革命的廉洁实践中获取感召力量,以期为实现新时代干部清正、政府清廉、政治清明和社会清朗提供可资借鉴的宝贵经验。延安精神的廉洁感召效应主要体现在廉洁行为感召、廉洁制度感召、廉洁信仰感召和廉洁作风感召四个维度。在新时代廉洁文化建设中,发挥延安精神的廉洁行为感召,以实现干部清正;发挥延安精神的廉洁制度感召,以实现政府清廉;发挥延安精神的廉洁信仰感召,以实现政治清明;发挥延安精神的廉洁作风感召,以实现社会清朗。

Yan'an spirit is a true portrayal and great creation of the Communist Party of China in the Yan'an period of democratic revolution and self-construction.It is the precious spiritual wealth of our Party,with special high-dimensional energy,which can provide spiritual power and inspiration for the construction of a clean culture in the new era.To build a culture of integrity in the new era,we should draw spiritual nourishment from the spirit of Yan'an and gain inspiration from the honest practice in the Yan'an revolution,so as to provide valuable experience for the realization of clean cadres,clean government,clean politics and clean society in the new era.The incorruptible effect of the Yan'an spirit is mainly reflected in four dimensions:incorruptible behavior,incorruptible system,incorruptible belief and incorruptible style.In the construction of integrity culture in the new era,we should give full play to the integrity of the Yan'an spirit to achieve the integrity of cadres.We should give full play to the spirit of Yan'an's clean system to achieve a clean government,give full play to the spirit of Yan'an's incorruptible belief to achieve political clarity,give full play to the spirit of Yan'an's incorruptible style to have a clean society.
