红色文化蕴含的中国共产党的理想信念、精神风貌及政治理论等,对社会成员具有重要的价值规范和价值引领效能。红色文化的社会化是充分发挥红色文化价值功能的前提条件,也是实现新时代社会主义文化强国的必然要求。新时代,要充分发挥红色文化特有的政治功能、经济功能、教育功能和传承功能,使红色文化在增强社会凝聚力、发展社会生产力、扩大社会影响力及强化社会传播力等方面发挥优势作用,切实推进红色文化社会化进程。

The ideals and beliefs,spiritual outlook and political theories of the Communist Party of China contained in the red culture have important value norms and value guidance effects for members in the society.The socialization of red culture is a prerequisite for giving full play to the value function of red culture,and it is also an inevitable requirement for realizing a socialist cultural power in the new era.In the new era,it is necessary to give full play to the unique political,economic,educational and inheritance functions of red culture,so that red culture can play an advantageous role in enhancing social cohesion,developing social productive forces,expanding social influence and strengthening social communication,and effectively promote the process of socialization of red culture.
