高速动车组车钩焊缝的超声波检测

Ultrasonic inspection of high-speed EMU coupler weld

摘要 高速动车组中重要的承力部位多采用对接焊缝结构,然而特殊的焊缝结构所产生的结构回波,使检测产生了误判和漏检的几率,通过对机加工、焊接工艺的改进,综合运用超声相控阵检测技术,完成了复杂结构焊缝的全位置检测,有效保证了焊缝的质量,保证了高速动车组的行车安全。
