摘要
针对在某中东油气平台项目中出现的大壁厚镍基Inconel 625合金复合管,选取了项目中出现的最大壁厚为79.8 mm的复合管,开发了TIP TIG焊后热处理PWHT工艺。通过对焊接接头进行力学性能分析、化学成分分析、晶间腐蚀测试,证明该工艺可以获得符合要求的焊接接头,焊接质量优良,复合管耐蚀性有保证。
Based on the largest thickness(79.8+3)mm Inconel alloy cladding pipe existing in the Middle-eas project,TIP TIG procedure with PWHT was developed.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties of the welded joints and the chemical composition analysis and intergranular corrosion test,it’s proved that the process can obtain the welded joints that meets the requirement,the welding quality is excellent and the corrosion resistance o composite is guaranteed.
