摘要
片式钢板墙结构在超高层建筑中具有广泛的应用,但是存在焊接变形控制、截面尺寸控制、高强螺栓孔群精度控制等加工难点。从钢板墙零件工艺余量加设、片体板制作、总装与焊接顺序确定、焊接变形控制与矫正、高强螺栓孔群精度控制等五个方面展开研究,制订合理的组焊工艺,保证了片式钢板墙结构的加工质量。
Plate wall structure had been widely used in super high-rise buildings.However,there were some machining difficulties,such as welding deformation control section size control and precision control of high-strength bolt hole group.The research was carried out from five aspects,such as the addition of technological allowance of steel plate wall parts,the manufacture of sheet plates,the determination of assembly and welding sequence,the control and correction of welding deformation,and the precision control of high-strength bolt hole group,developiing reasonable welding technology.Thus the processing quality of plate wall structure was guaranteed.
