摘要
建立了城市铁路转向架焊接构架的六面体网格有限元模型,按照UIC 515-4—1993和EN 13749—2011标准施加载荷及边界约束,计算构架在7个超常载荷工况及15个运营载荷工况下的应力分布,依据第四强度理论评价构架的静强度,采用修正的Goodman疲劳极限图对焊接构架疲劳强度进行校核计算。结果表明:该转向架焊接构架的静强度及疲劳强度满足标准规定的设计要求。计算结果为同类型城市铁路转向架构架的设计、改进和优化提供了重要的参考依据。
The finite element model of hexahedral solid mesh of bogie frame was established.Loads and boundary constraints were imposed on the bogie frame according to UIC515-4 and EN13749 standards.Stress distribution of the bogie frame under 7 abnormal load conditions and 15 operating load conditions was calculated by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.According to the fourth strength theory,the static strength of the frame was evaluated,and the Goodman fatigue limit diagram was used to evaluate the fatigue strength of the frame.The results showed that the frame met the static strength and fatigue strength design requirements specified in the standard.The calculation results provided an important reference for the design,improvement and optimization of the same type of metro bogie frame.
