摘要
采用D厂家和B厂家提供的ER90S-G实心焊丝,在相同的焊接条件下分别焊接核电站钢制安全壳用SA738Gr.B高强韧钢,对比研究不同厂家ER90S-G焊丝的焊接工艺性能和熔敷金属力学性能。结果表明,D厂家焊丝易形成窄而高的焊道,焊道表面焊渣较多,且不易清理,焊丝的焊接工艺性能有待改善。B厂家焊丝熔敷金属抗拉强度超过设计值上限,D厂家焊丝熔敷金属力学性能均满足设计要求,但从与母材匹配角度考虑,D厂家可适当降低熔敷金属强度,提高熔敷金属冲击韧性。本研究为核电站钢制安全壳用ER90S-G焊丝的选择与优化提供了试验依据。
Using ER90 S-G solid cored wire provided by manufacturer D and manufacturer B,SA738 Gr.B which has a high strength and toughness steel for containment vessel of nuclear power plants was welded under the same welding conditions,the welding technology properties and mechanical properties of deposited metal of ER90 S-G wire from different manufacturers were compared and studied.The results showed that the welding wire of D manufacturer was easy to form a narrow and high weld bead,the weld slag on the weld bead surface was more and difficult to clean,and the welding process performance of the welding wire need to be improved.The tensile strength of the deposited wire of B manufacturer exceeded the upper limit of the design value,and the mechanical properties of the deposited metal of D manufacturer met the design requirements,but from the perspective of matching with the base metal,D manufacturer could appropriately reduce the strength of the deposited metal and improve the deposited metal impact toughness.This study provided a test basis for the selection and optimization of ER90 S-G welding wire for containment vessel of nuclear power plants.
