摘要
镍基合金625是一种既具有高强度又有优异耐蚀性的材料,在石油化工领域应用广泛。文中介绍了镍基合金625的焊接特点及焊接过程中的注意事项,同时采用热丝TIG焊工艺,焊丝为Inconel 625,对12Cr1MoVG耐热钢的堆焊镍基合金625进行了焊接工艺试验,通过无损检测、堆焊层化学成分分析、弯曲试验、晶间腐蚀试验、点腐蚀、显微组织及显微硬度检验,验证了焊接工艺的合理性,选出了最优的焊接工艺参数,为后续产品提供了技术支持。
Ni-based alloy 625 was a kind of material with both high strength and excellent corrosion resistance.It was widely used in petrochemical industry.The welding characteristics of Ni-based alloy 625 and the precautions in the welding process were introduced.The hot wire TIG welding process was adopted.The welding wire was Inconel 625,and the welding process of the surfacing Ni-based alloy 625 of 12 Cr1 MoVG was made.Through the nondestructive testing,chemical composition analysis of overlay,bending test,intergranular corrosion test,pitting corrosion,microstructure and microhardness test,the rationality of the welding process was verified and the optimal welding process parameters were optimized.It was used to provide product technical support.
