摘要
突破性创新指明显偏离现有产品或工作流程的实质性变革,对于员工、团队和组织的发展均有重要意义。但是,现有的微观层面突破性创新研究数量有限且焦点分散,阻碍了后续探讨的深入。本研究在文献回顾的基础上,梳理了微观层面突破性创新的影响因素及其作用机制,将其整合为四个主要的研究视角(内在驱动、外在驱动、知识共享和问题解决)展开系统性评述,并对未来的研究进行了展望。
Breakthrough innovation indicates a substantial change that significantly deviates from existing products or work processes,which is of great significance to the development of employees,teams and organizations.However,existing micro-level breakthrough innovation research is limited and the research focus is scattered,which hinders the further discussion.Based on the literature research,this study sorts out the influencing factors and mechanisms of breakthrough innovation at the micro-level,and integrates them into four main research perspectives(internal drive,external drive,knowledge sharing and problem solving)for systematic review and prospects for future research.
