摘要
在传统上以问卷法或案例法等为主导的人力资源管理研究领域,实验法近些年正悄然兴起,相比其在国内研究中的应用相对滞后,国际期刊对实验研究的收录正呈上升趋势。本文结合最新的实验研究和案例,对实验法进行了系统的介绍——包括定义、特点、实验设计、被试选择、优缺点以及研究伦理等,并对在人力资源管理研究中如何应用实验法进行了探讨。实验法为人力资源管理研究引入了新的手段,作为与问卷法并驾齐驱且具有互补作用的方法,它具有广阔的前景和意义。
In the field of human resource management research which is led by questionnaires traditionally,experimental method is quietly emerging.International journals pay more and more attention to the application of experimental method,while the experimental method is less used at home.This paper combines the latest experimental research and examples to introduce the experimental method systematically,including definitions,features,experimental design,strengths and weaknesses,and research ethics,etc..And we discussed how to apply experimental method in human resource management research.Experimental research brings new ways and insights for human resource management research and it has broad prospects and significance as a valid supplement to the questionnaire method.
