民办高校图书馆精准服务创新分析

Innovation of Precision Service in Private University Library

民办高校图书馆建设由于资金、人员配备等问题,一直以来对精准服务的创新举步维艰。为此,文章以西安外事学院为研究对象,对其图书馆精准服务进行分析。从精准服务对象、精准服务方式和精准服务意识三个维度展开讨论,提出了面向服务对象的楼宇资料室创新布局、专人专项创新服务方式和服务内容推送进行筛选等方面进行创新路径的选择,这些举措有利于民办高校利用有限的资源扩大自己的精准服务范围,提高图书馆的信息化服务水平。

The construction of private university libraries has been difficult for the innovation of precision service due to the problems of capital and staffing.The article takes Xi’an Foreign Affairs Institute as the research.Research object,carry on the analysis to its library precision service.From the three dimensions of precision service object,precision service mode and precision service consciousness,a service oriented pair is proposed.For example,the innovative layout of the building reference room,the special personnel special innovation service mode and the service content push to carry on the selection of the innovation path,these measures are advantageous to the private high.The school uses limited resources to expand its precision service and improve the information service level of the library.
