推动全体人民共同富裕是中国共产党全心全意为人民服务宗旨的集中体现,彰显了中国共产党人以人民为中心的执政情怀,是中国式社会主义现代化的重要特征。共同富裕作为中国特色社会主义的本质要求贯穿于社会主义发展全过程,但社会主义不同发展时期和不同发展阶段共同富裕的特征并不完全一样,推动共同富裕的方法和手段也不尽相同。推动全体人民共同富裕既要正确把握社会主义初级阶段共同富裕不同于马恩设想的发达社会主义的特殊性和艰巨性,更要充分认识社会主义初级阶段推进共同富裕的可行性,提振实现共同富裕的必胜信心,从社会主义初级阶段的实际出发,按照社会主义基本经济制度的内在要求正确制定推进共同富裕的战略和路径,扎实稳健推进全体人民共同富裕目标实现。

Promoting common prosperity for all the people is a concentrated embodiment of the CPC’s purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,and also with people-centered development thinking and fundamental feature of China’s socialist modernization.Common prosperity as the essential requirement of socialism runs through the whole process of socialist development.However,in different periods and stages of socialist development,the characteristics of common prosperity are not exactly the same.The methods and means of promoting common prosperity are also different.To promote common prosperity for all the people,we must not only correctly grasp the particularity and arduousness of common prosperity in the primary stage of socialism,which is different from the developed socialism,but also fully understand the feasibility of promoting common prosperity in the primary stage of socialism,to boost confidence in the victory of achieving common prosperity,proceed from the reality of the initial stage of socialism,correctly formulate strategies and paths for promoting common prosperity in accordance with the inherent requirements of the basic economic system,and finally to promote the realization solidly and steadily,and serve the goal of common prosperity for all the people.
