经济学科学性的方法论决定——中国本土经济学构建的辨析与思考之一

The Methodological Determination of the Science of Economics——PartⅠ:Perception’s and Reflections on the Construction of Chinas Indigenous Economics

西方经济学对中国改革产生的巨大影响,部分归因于其“普遍”“中立”“与价值观无涉”等标签,部分归因于其对自然科学方法论的应用。首先,本研究从方法论角度分析自然科学与社会科学的研究对象、范式、方法、价值观属性,比较它们的异同,论证社会科学(如经济学)的研究对象不具有自然科学研究对象那样的统一性、同质性、相对稳定性、时空条件一致性属性,而且价值观可以对方法论的任何一个方面产生影响。因此,西方经济学既不“普适”也不“中性”。不仅西方经济学与资本主义社会、经济制度的价值观“有涉”,而且世界上从来不存在“与价值观无涉”的经济学。其次,西方经济学基于“理性主义”“经济人”方法论思想抽象出研究对象的“同质性”特征,以证实自身理论的“普适”与“中性”。然而这种“同质性”只限于对西方市场现实的假设且以资本利益最大化为前提。这就从方法论角度否定了西方经济学的“普适”“中性”属性。因此,经济学的科学性最终是由方法论科学性来决定的。

“homogeneity”of the research object to justify the“universality”and“neutrality”of its own theories.However,this“homo”is confined only to an assumed reality of the western market and preconditioned by the maximization of capital interests.This nature of the“homo”denies the“universal”and“neutral”attributes of western economics,methodologically speaking.Therefore,the science of economics is ultimately determined by the scientific attributes of methodology.
