当前中国社会仍处于以具有"天然反生态性"为基本特征的资本逻辑主导的现代性发展阶段。这意味着,新时代生态文明建设既不可完全依循资本逻辑与资本"合谋同行",亦不应全然敌视资本逻辑与资本"逆向而为",既不能彻底脱离资本逻辑与资本"无相往来",亦无法根本超越资本逻辑与资本"壁垒分明"。对此,我们需要在批判资本与鉴纳资本的有效统合中确立生态文明建设的价值取向,在利用资本与限制资本的动态平衡中明晰生态文明建设的发展方向,在发展资本与引导资本的有机联动中深化生态文明建设的实践路向,在驾驭资本与超越资本的双重实现中彰显生态文明建设的价值旨向,从而使生态文明建设能够在与资本的"辩证互动"中开辟出一条人与自然和谐共处的"新现代性"发展道路。

At present,Chinese society is still in the stage of modernity development dominated by capital logic with the basic characteristics of“natural anti􀆼ecological”.This means that the construction of ecological civilization in the new era cannot completely follow the logic of capital and“collaborate with capital”,nor should it be completely hostile to capital logic and capital“working in the opposite direction”,nor can it be completely divorced from capital logic and capital“no interaction”,nor can it fundamentally surpass the logic of capital and the“clear barriers”of capital.In this regard,we need to establish the value orientation of ecological civilization construction in the effective integration of critical capital and appraisal capital,clarify the development direction of ecological civilization construction in the dynamic balance of capital utilization and restriction of capital,and in the development of capital and guiding the organic development of capital.Deepen the practice direction of ecological civilization construction in the linkage,highlight the value of ecological civilization construction in the dual realization of controlling capital and surpassing capital,so that ecological civilization construction can open up a line of human and nature in the“dialectical interaction”with capital.The“new modernity”development path of harmonious coexistence.
