马克思主义认为,资本主义制度具有内在的不平等性。纵观美国资本主义的历史,其不平等程度虽有周期性,但不平等的本质没有变。20世纪70年代以来,尤其是2008年金融危机以来,美国各方面的不平等日益加剧,集中表现为经济不平等、政治不平等、法律不平等、教育不平等、健康不平等。其中,经济不平等是基础,其他不平等由经济不平等而产生,后又相互作用,加剧了美国的不平等。美国存在的不平等现象,随着资本主义在全球的扩张,在世界范围内具有一定普遍性,美国不平等问题是资本主义系统性困境的缩影,人类的前途只能是社会主义。

Marxism believes that the capitalist system has inherent inequality.Throughout the history of American capitalism,inequality has been cyclical,but its nature has not changed.Since the 1970 s,especially since the financial crisis,various aspects of inequality in the United States have been increasingly intensified,mainly manifested as economic inequality,political inequality,legal inequality,education inequality and health inequality.Among them,economic inequality is the basis,while other inequalities are generated by economic inequality and then interact with each other to aggravate American inequality.With the global expansion of capitalism,the inequality in the United States has become a universal phenomenon in the world.The inequality in the United States is the epitome of the systemic plight of capitalism,and the future of mankind can only be socialism.
