"两个飞跃"思想是我国社会主义农业改革和发展的指导方针。目前,"第一个飞跃"早已实现,已经到了实现"第二个飞跃"的关键时刻。"第二次飞跃"是解决我国农村问题的根本途径,也是坚持社会主义改革方向的根本保证。现阶段,无论是从客观物质方面还是主观意愿方面,都充分地证明我国农业改革和发展"第二次飞跃"的条件以臻成熟,实现"第二次飞跃"已经刻不容缓。

The thought of "two leaps" is the guiding principle for the reform and development of socialist agriculture in China.At present,"the first leap" has already been realized,and has reached the critical moment of "the second leap".The "second leap" is the fundamental way to solve the rural problems in China,and also the fundamental guarantee to adhere to the direction of socialist reform.At the present stage,whether from the objective material aspect or the subjective aspect,it fully proves that the conditions for the "second leap" in China’s agricultural reform and development are mature,and it is urgent to realize the "second leap".
