某型机械输送缸润滑脂故障分析试验设计

摘要 针对某型机械输送缸润滑脂发黑的故障开展试验研究。根据润滑脂使用环境抽提出主要影响因素,分别设计了机械杂质试验、傅立叶变换红外光谱、酸值测试、金属多元素分析。试验结果显示,红外谱图未出现羰基特征峰,发黑润滑脂并未发生氧化变质。此外,试验发现,输送缸润滑脂发黑主要原因为铁元素增加,判断使用过程中发生了金属表面的磨损。由于润滑脂在役时间仅48h,建议继续定期检测铁元素,以明确是初期跑合原因还是后期磨损导致。若为初期跑合原因,后期不再增加,则不影响使用;若为后期磨损,则可能是润滑脂极压抗磨性能不足或添加剂损耗所致,则需要选择性能更优的润滑脂。 In this paper,an experimental study is carried out on the blackening fault of lubricating grease in delivery cylinder of a certain type machinery.Mechanical admixture test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,acid value test and multi-metal element analysis are designed respectively.The test results showed that there was no carbonyl group as characteristic peak in the infrared spectrum,and the blackened grease did not undergo oxidative deterioration.In addition,it was found that the main cause of grease blackening was the increase of iron.It was judged that wear of mental surface occurred during use.Since the grease is only in service for 48h,it is recommended to regularly monitor the iron element to determine whether it is caused by initial running or later wear.If it is caused by running at the initial stage and will not increase in the later stage,it can use normally.If it is late wear,it may be caused by insu fficient anti-wear performace or loss of additives,so it is necessary to select a grease with better performance.
