摘要
研究了海藻酸钠膜的制备方法并测试了其基本性能。海藻酸钠膜的厚度会影响其使用,研究发现,当海藻酸钠质量分数为4%时,可以获得厚度适宜并且亲水性较好的薄膜。对比了薄膜在一系列CaCl2浓度梯度下水中以及缓冲液中的溶胀度变化,并加入增塑剂甘油,得出在甘油的用量为4%时,海藻酸钠膜在溶胀溶剂中的亲水性和溶胀度都比较优异。
In this paper,the preparation method of sodium alginate membrane is studied and its basic properties are tested.The use of sodium alginate film is affected by its thickness.Therefore,it is found that when the mass fraction of sodium alginate is 4%,a thin membrane with appropriate thickness and good hydrophilicity can be obtained.The swelling degree changes of the film with a series of CaCl2concentration gradients in water and buffer were compared.By adding the plasticizer of glycerol,it was concluded that the hydrophilicity and swelling degree of sodium alginate film in swelling solvent were excellent when the dosage of glycerol was 4%.
