摘要
为研究热合工艺对热合布性能的影响,以某飞艇气囊蒙皮材料热合布H6300为研究对象,使用熔接热合机对H6300热合不同时间后,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、拉力试验机、厚度仪对热合后的材料进行性能测试。研究结果表明,随着热合时间的增加,H6300热合布的拉伸强度基本不变,而撕裂强度逐步降低。
In order to study the effect of heat sealing process on properties of heat sealing material,H6300,which is used as heat sealing material of an airship,was taken as research subject.After differentheat sealing time by heat sealing machine,H6300 was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),tensile testing machine and thickness gauge.The results show that with the increase of heat sealing time,the tensile strength of H6300 remains basically unchanged and the tear strength decreases gradually.
