海洋性综合气候氙灯老化试验箱的研制

摘要 介绍了一种将盐雾腐蚀、氙灯老化综合一体的模拟海洋性气候的老化试验设备及其功能模块研制情况。该设备具备盐雾腐蚀、氙灯光辐照、酸雨喷淋、纯水喷淋功能,同时控制参数条件包含辐照度控制、样品温度控制、工作室温湿度控制。考虑到长期进行苛刻的腐蚀性试验,设备内胆以及风道采用钛合金材质。该设备研制达到了预期目标,可为相关耐候材料产品提供更为全面的性能测试评估手段。 The development of an aging test equipment that integrates salt spray corrosion and xenon lamp aging to simulate marine climate and its functional modules are introduced in this paper.The equipment has the functions of salt spray,xenon lamp irradiation,acid rain spray and pure water spray.At the same time,the control parameters include irradiance control,sample temperature control,and the temperature-humidity control of working room.Taking into account the long-term harsh corrosion test,the inner tank and air duct of the equipment are made of titanium alloy.The development of this equipment has achieved the expected goal,and can provide a more comprehensive performance test and evaluation method for related weather-resistant material and products.
