市政给排水管道渗漏修复材料制备及性能试验 被引量:3

摘要 为提升市政给排水管道的渗漏修复效果,采用聚氨酯膜(TPU)、B100、H300、甲苯、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯等材料制备一种具备高弹性、高粘性的聚氨酯耦合粘性胶,并对其各种性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:当采用浓度比例为B100:H300=1:2的混合溶液与聚氨酯膜制备聚氨酯耦合粘性胶,可以使理化性能达到最佳水平,并兼具良好的拉伸性能、延展性能、防潮性能、耐疲劳性能以及结构稳定性,同时还能对水中杂质起到一定的吸附作用,对水质安全不会造成影响;材料应用于管道修复失效后,仍然具有良好的力学性能、防潮性能和结构稳定性,失效之后最大吸水率仅为0.45%,最大质量损失率仅为0.49%,可应用于城市给排水管道的渗漏修复。 In order to improve the leakage repair effect of municipal water supply and drainage pipeline,a polyurethane coupling adhesive with high elasticity and viscosity was prepared by using polyurethane film(TPU),B100,H300,toluene,maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene and other materials,and its various properties were experimentally studied.The results show that when the mixed solution with concentration ratio of B100:H300=1:2 and polyurethane film are used to prepare polyurethane coupling adhesive,the physical and chemical properties can reach the best level,and have good tensile properties,ductility,moisture resistance,fatigue resistance and structural stability.At the same time,it can also adsorb impurities in water,no impact on water quality safety;After the material is applied to the pipeline repair,it still has good mechanical properties,moisture-proof performance and structural stability.After the failure,the maximum water absorption is only 0.45%and the maximum mass loss rate is only 0.49%.It can be applied to the leakage repair of urban water supply and drainage pipelines.
