摘要
橡胶衬里作为核电厂管道和阀门的重要防腐措施之一,具有十分广阔的应用前景与价值,但是在使用过程中,由于海水侵蚀、砂砾碰撞、蒸汽熏蚀以及可能存在的试剂、高热等因素的存在,导致橡胶衬里腐蚀严重。本文对已经失效破损的某电厂蝶阀用橡胶衬里进行分析测试,进而评估材料损坏状态,并提出合理的建议以防止此类事情的再次发生。
As one of the important anti-corrosion methods for pipelines and valves in nuclear power plants,rubber lining possesses wide applications and practical values.However,serious corrosion happens due to the presence of seawater,gravel,steam and other possible factors including reagents and heat.Therefore,in this paper,relative analysis was performed to study the damage status of rubber lining.Furthermore,reasonable suggestions that obtained from the analysis were proposed to prevent the similar damage situation.
