摘要 作为有着潜力巨大的临时性、补救性的涂料产品,RTV防污闪涂料在电力系统防污闪工作中发挥巨大作用的同时,也经历了相对曲折的发展过程。该文介绍了RTV防污闪涂料及其防护原理,在不断改进改良后,出现了性能更加优异的PRTV防污闪涂料。与此同时,为了迎接潮湿、雾霾、霉菌等更加多样且严峻环境的挑战,具有特殊功能性RTV防污闪涂料也得到了发展及应用。 As a temporary and remedial coating product with great potential,RTV anti-pollution flashover coating has experienced a relatively tortuous development process while playing a huge role in the anti-pollution flashover work of power system.The RTV anti-pollution flashover coating and its protection principle are introduced in this paper.After continuous improvement,PRTV antifouling flashover coating with better performance was obtained.At the same time,in order to meet the challenges of more diverse and severe environments such as humidity,haze,mold,etc.,RTV anti-pollution flashover coatings with special functions have also been developed and applied.
